Engraved signs are ideal where there is a likelihood of vandal ratbags. We can even apply a clear graffiti shield so that any spray paint damage may be easily removed.
Engraved signs usually consist of aluminium or stainless steel. However we have engraved a granite plaque for the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Any thing is possible!! Well nearly!!
Usually the metal is engraved with the lettering and logo and partially filled with paint, matching, as close as possible, to the corporate colours. Some people like the metal engraved and not filled. Very effective when you add mirror finished aluminium lettering to the sign as you may see in the sign we installed for Alliance Bernstein.
Engraved signs usually consist of reasonably small letters and logo. If too large, then the paint fill is a problem because of the surface area allowing the paint to graduate unevenly.
